Vandalism

• On Sunday 5/8/2022 approx early in the morning, The AC units at the Pointe were vandalized by an individual who was caught on security footage. He stolte, or broke off a small length of copper tubing of our 2 AC units. This resulted in the loss of 15lbs of refrigerant and the repair.

the bill came to 1,650.00 dollars total. Tasman properties said they will invoice us for the repairs.

Theft

• As reported on both message boards, an expensive mountain bike belonging to a member was stolen, removed, vanished, from Lvl1
• If anyone knows anything please say something.
• We are currently reviewing security footage

Lawsuit Update

• LVL1 was served with a summons to appear in small claims court on May 11, 2022 at 1:00 pm. The Date was moved to motion hour on Friday 13th at 11:30am, Our counter offer was rejected and now the case is going to be tried in front of a jury
• Raj, Andy and Tiffany appeared virtually.
• Raj will provide the latest update at this time

• Tiffany suggested we should look at spending some marketing /advertising budget money on stickers, pens, badges, . . . Bill is laser-cutting personalized VL1 keychains.

• Sean asked if we have a more efficient way to count current members for FAPs and such? Not yet. Tiffany and Daniel will explore Pike13 alternatives in May.
