Old Business News & Notes

- Andy is getting pricing for a fiber laser. Further research and potential FAP are on hold until we know what the new door system (higher priority) will cost.
Party and Workshops
- White Elephant Hack-a-thon was held during the Christmas party 12/17/2022.
- WLed workshop - Andy and Tiffany led this workshop 12/10/2022. 11 attendees.
- Ben is working on another Arduino workshop.
Lawsuit Update
Raj reports we are still waiting for the judge to rule on motions filed that are critical to moving forward. Most notably: can a non-voting non-stock corporation be self-represented (usually must be represented by council)? Raj will file another motion to compel/nudge the court to rule on prior motion. Net/net, we don’t know if we need to have representation on Jan 24 court date. Holidays may be causing delays, the judge has a full docket . . .
