Lease will increase this year. Probably a good idea to recruit a committee?

* All directors should categorize purchases every month to produce an updated budget
* To help catch up this year, current Secretary will distribute data to members willing to help for next meeting – by Sunday
*  Will ideally create formalized procedure to make sure it continues (goal: bylaw changefor annual meeting)
===Update on Kenneth Butler Lawsuit===
* Dismissed with prejudice against Blue Sky - Kenneth can file a new suit under their own name.
* Subpoenas received by members will be scanned and filed with LVL1 documents

* Dealt with fraud purchase from LVL1 debit card
* Focusing on completing annual report
* SPENDING FREEZE!
