• All directors should categorize purchases every month to produce an updated budget
• To help catch up this year, current Secretary will distribute data to members willing to help for next meeting – by Sunday
• Will ideally create formalized procedure to make sure it continues (goal: bylaw changefor annual meeting)

Update on Kenneth Butler Lawsuit

• Dismissed with prejudice against Blue Sky - Kenneth can file a new suit under their own name.
• Subpoenas received by members will be scanned and filed with LVL1 documents

Treasurer Report

• Dealt with fraud purchase from LVL1 debit card
• Focusing on completing annual report
• SPENDING FREEZE!
