Space Downgrades

• Woodshop mess again :(
• NEVER TAKE THE SAFETIES OFF THE EQUIPMENT! (But if you need to, please put the safety back on.)
  • If you don't know how to put the safety on, send an email to broken@lvl1.org!
• Metal shop left in a mess. Grinders broken. Welding gas was left on and leaked out & money wasted.
  • Regulars: when you're here throughout the week and notice someone new working in the shops, introduce yourself & encourage cleanliness
• The quickest way to get something fixed is to let us know that it is broken! Send broken equipment reports to broken@lvl1.org
  • This includes supplies like drill bitses and soap!

Project Roll Call

• Barrett is working on Plan B 3D printer as part of his research
• Barrett is also working on an air curtain as well (?)
• Sean put together a bluetooth multimeter. Has onboard data logging, etc. Dragon Innovations on Kickstarter
• Sean looking for a bulk importer of generic insta-morph for space usage
• Charles made a breakout board for the Atmel Xmega series microcontrollers leveraging the series' footprint consistency
  • Comes with onboard regulator micro USB connection
• Gary brought in poly-morph samples to play with
• Gary modified 4 AA battery pack to 3 AA with room to store circuit boards in the empty slot. Handy little box
• Gary made a frequency generator, trying to make a sub-aural sound to make people feeling a little unsettled
• Jose is working towards building a character for an anime convention. Goal: make the person standing next to the character feel uncomfortable
  • Meeting every Thursday @ 7:30. Code name project Junior.
  • If costume is complete, Jose will face his fears of attending an anime convention.
• Charles plugs the red oculus camera at LVL1. Please use it to take photos of your projects that upload to Flickr & youtube.
