* On Sunday 5/8/2022 early in the morning, The AC units at The Pointe were vandalized by an individual who was caught on security footage. He stole, a small length of copper tubing of our 2 AC units.  This resulted in the loss of 15lbs of refrigerant and the repair to replace the copper.

The bill came to 1,650.00 dollars total.  Tasman properties will invoice us for the repairs.

* LVL1 was served with a summons to appear in small claims court for trial on May 11, 2022 at 1:00 pm. We filed a counter suit which was rejected. The plaintiff requested the suit be moved to district court for a jury trial.

Vandalism

  • On Sunday 5/8/2022 early in the morning, The AC units at The Pointe were vandalized by an individual who was caught on security footage. He stole, a small length of copper tubing of our 2 AC units. This resulted in the loss of 15lbs of refrigerant and the repair to replace the copper.

The bill came to 1,650.00 dollars total. Tasman properties will invoice us for the repairs.
