Vandalism
- On Sunday 5/8/2022 early in the morning, The AC units at The Pointe were vandalized by an individual who was caught on security footage. He stole, a small length of copper tubing of our 2 AC units. This resulted in the loss of 15lbs of refrigerant and the repair to replace the copper.
The bill came to 1,650.00 dollars total. Tasman properties will invoice us for the repairs.
Theft

Lawsuit Update
- LVL1 was served with a summons to appear in small claims court on May 11, 2022 at 1:00 pm. The Date was moved to motion hour on Friday 13th at 11:30am, Our counter offer was rejected and now the case is going to be tried in front of a jury
- Raj, Andy and Tiffany appeared virtually.
