* On Sunday 5/8/2022 approx early in the morning, The AC units at the Pointe were vandalized by an individual who was caught on security footage. He stolte, or broke off a small length of copper tubing of our 2 AC units.  This resulted in the loss of 15lbs of refrigerant and the repair.
