  - Need to spruce up Wiki page for membership rights and rules
Budget
- Daniel sent out monthly cash flow
- Question: Floating $400 surplus per month on yearly average, is this enough?
- Sean's suggestion: get worst 3 months and make emergency fund meet that
- Action item: Determine maximum 3 months budget, determine if FAP is required to move money
- Emergency fund needs boosting.
- September financials: $50,000 boost from SBA grant
  - Electric upgrade halting other upgrades
Grants
- Fire Alarm Hackathon
  - Daniel has put together this effort
  - Needs help with planning details
Workshops
- Learn a thing is a good replacement
- Lack of knowledge about how to setup a workshop
- By appointment workshops did not work
- Missing electronics kits
- Suggestion: Adding Wiki page for people to list their skills as a public directory
- Need a social media presence, a point of contact
