Treasurer's Report
Tiffany H. Credit Card Fraud: No change, still being investigated. Will call and check on.
Insurance premium increases by $10
Reports will be printed and posted to the list.
Kevin P. Asked: Are we cash positive for the past two months. Are we banking enough for winter Utilities. How many Members to break even. Is budget sound for recurring expenses.
Tiffany H. Answered - 50 to 60 members at current rent, cash positive ($1,700 and $1,300). Members above budget amount.
Charles L. and general agreement - We can continue to use the budget for recurring expenses and subscriptions. No need to FAP
Rest of spending to be minimal
Disorderly discussion of what to do about unauthorized spending. Ultimately Daniel J.'s appraisal was accepted. Spending was unauthorized and shouldn't have happened. Nothing to be done about it other than be open with membership
Disorderly discussion about Tiffany H. finishing quickbooks.
Daniel J. asks board to not accept reports not generated from quickbooks. No more hand generated reports.
Kevin P. Raised that we pay $1,400/yr for member management system and only $30/yr for quickbooks. Asked if Treasurer have sufficient resources?
Daniel J. wants rest of board to make sure Tiffany has no other responsabilities.
Kevin P. asked about multiple quickbooks sign ins so it's not all on one person.
Unknown - Pay for intuit support?
Bill S. Has a CPA brother that will get with Tiffany.
Daniel J. will meet with Tiffany to finish.
Tiffany H. and Daniel J. believe we are 98% there.

Water continues to leak from unit.
Larry Richardson bought parts to level. Raised building a filter box.

Kevin P. Summarizes incident. Charles L. says Barret Tasman considers issue closed

Charles L. Pointed out Brian Wagner doesn't live in KY.

Keys/Shelves
Kevin P. reviewed with Tiffany H. who is still paying by cash and paypal.
Noted shelves with abandoned property.
Kevin P. cleaned off 12 shelves so far. Possible more non-members than members had shelves.
Need to get all members to member shelving (two using large project due to lack of shelves).
Need to make sure all members have just one shelf
Kevin P. rules need to be consistent for everyone.
Fields for Front Desk
Kevin P asked Tiffany H. for two new fields in pike13. To be done at a later date so Tiffany can focus on books/reports.
GFCI in shops
Kevin P. - Many bad splices. Outlets will be installed over course of next week. Need help with 220v (two pole quad 30 amps).
Andy Ma. - Father is an electrician, will ask.
