Membership Report

June membership stands at 65 souls, and continues the steady downward trend. It is down 19%, 16 less than the last high of October 2024 at 81 members. We are going the wrong direction on <building membership> to absorb next year's rent increase, from $2,200/month to $2,420/month starting in January 2026.

  • We lost members with the dues increase from $50 to $65 per month and it has not gotten better.
  • At the end of 2024, we anticipated having 78 members in January 2025 and growing to 83 members by December of 2025
  • The reality is that we actually had 69 members in Janauary 2025 and have since fallen to 65 members at mid-year 2025.

Treasurer Report

The month of June 2025 was cash positive. It was our best financial month, year-to-date. Here is the link for the <LVL1-FinancialSummary-202506.pdf> with the following values:

  • June 2025 REVENUE was $5,422.29. The highlight was three unexpected donations that totaled $350.
  • June 2025 EXPENSE was ($3,955.15). The LG&E bill at $504.70 was the lowest of the year.
  • June 2025 NET was cash positive at $1,467.14 for the month, and we are cash positive year-to-date at $1,945.20.
