Lawsuit Update:

New Judge, (Lieberman)

LVL1 And Blue Sky will need lawyer for district court

Trial date June 6th @ 9:00 AM district court 309

Andy Miller is locating counsel.

Thanks to Stuard Pearlman and Raj Shah for efforts so far.

Financials:

Treasurer Report:

Total in accounts: $61,460.53

Income: $3,850.00

Expenses: $3,624.17

Net Gain: $225.83

Makership Fund:

$2,618.57

$20/month

Emergency fund has not been re-invested.

Insurance payments should be moved to an annual rather than monthly payments

New Business:

Shift from Zoom to Google Meet - Target February 12th (Andy and Daniel)

Resume issuing P&L and Balance Sheets rather than manual reports (Daniel and Tiffany) - Target March Financial Statements

Member Highlight - Starting with Board of Directors. Ask Member to be highlighted First (Daniel).

Door System - On hold for now. Create calendar reminders to clear old members from door system

Amy Shah needs email address.

Jason Latta has a potential donation of vinyl from Webber group

Obtaining air filters.

Kevin P. and Sean will start ensuring contact information for members is up to date

Kevin P. will make sure process for generating reports and keeping records for voting/quorum is readily referenceable.
