The Director of Legal Evil has stirred from a year of isolation (not pandemic related) to created the "Chaos Radio". Chaos Radio arises from the need to build a radio and put it in a box. But, "Outside the Box" is how the LVL1 Hackerspace in Louisville, KY boxes its projects. Follow as this project begins to de-evolve into completion by not having a "box".
