Proposed bylaw dues when

Old:

1. The amount of the first monthly membership dues must be determined by the Board of Directors and after that the monthly membership dues must be determined at the annual general meeting of the corporation.
2. The Board of Directors shall determine the dues for Full Members such that the corporation shall be financially sustained.

New:

1. The Board of Directors shall determine the monthly dues for Full Members such that the corporation shall be financially sustained.
2. Monthly Dues for Full Members will become effective 30 days after they are announced at an official meeting of the membership.
