Membership Report

• The membership situation improved a bit in September but is still dire compared to the target.
• September membership at 78 souls. This is up from August's 74, but is 18 lower than the 96 member target for September.
• The positive bump is due to the September return of several members that had stopped payments in prior months.

Treasurer Report

• Revenue remains below target. September improved from last month, mostly from a few members paying for missed payments in prior months. This is not a sustained trend.
• Expense is trending on target.
• Net is trending below target. We need membership growth to improve revenue.
