Ongoing Reminders about Contacts

• Danielle needs to continue with police contact (ref. 11/16/21)
• Raj needs to continue confirming insurance alcohol policy (ref. 11/16/21)

Update:

• Danielle will continue to pursue this as available (tabled for now)
• Raj has confirmed that we are NOT covered for alcohol-related damage (e.g. someone is tipsy, cuts their arm in space, needs medical bills); it is worth reaching out to someone to get that rider to make sure we are covered

Elections

• Steff is leaving Nov. 19th; will be able to meet next board meeting - 10/19/21
• Madeline taking over presidency until end of term -10/19/21
• Paul leaves Nov. 27th, but will stay on the board for the rest of term, acting remotely - 10/19/21
• Madeline will send out email to membership encouraging election participation - 10/19/21
• Steff will send call for nominations - 11/16/21

• Madeline will send out more emails & Andy will talk about it at the meeting

Space Improvements

• David and Tiff will winterize metal shop & window - 11/16/21

• Yay! Metal shop window winterized!
• Fabreeko sending a 6th (!) 3d printer
• some equipment has been replenished: 2 orbital sanders, 3d printing filament

E-waste

• area getting messy, options for pickup/dropoff should be researched - 11/16/21

New Business

New Members/Meetups

• 5 new members signed up since November
• we have a December Makership Candidate!
• Andy conducted a basic 3D printing class after December 7th open meeting, 6 people attended

Amy's Grant

• 100 Hats project - requesting approval
• BOARD VOTE: All 5 of 7 members present voted unanimously in favor
