The month of January was a positive start to the 2026 fiscal year. Here is the <[https://drive.google.com/file/d/1B-iM8RbVjpqrOG4czNcbljjeosMLqWXD/view?usp=drive_link LVL1-FinancialSummary-202601.pdf]< with the following values:
For the last three years, there has been a pattern.  February financials consistently just SUCK.  There are three primary reasons:
* January 2025 REVENUE totaled $5,443.82.
* Reason #1 = ($1,416.00) expense for the annual Pike13 "Essential Advantage Buisness Fee" that gets charged in February each year.
* January 2025 EXPENSE totaled just ($3,277.21).
* Reason #2 = ($959.86) expense for the Feb. LG&E utility bill (was $969.74 for Feb. 2024, and was an astronomical $1,654.19 for Feb. 2025)
* January 2025 NET was cash positive at $1,662.81 to start off 2026 on a good note.
* Reason #3 = ($650.00) a "revenue shift" because 10 of the 60 Pike13 membership payments that fall near the end of the February, shift to show as Republic Bank deposits in March, not February.

* February 2026 EXPENSE totaled ($5,429.81).
* February 2026 NET was cash NEGATIVE at ($1,545.54).

Next month's report will be based on the March numbers and should start to recover from this hole.

Our February membership stands at 68 souls. Let's keep working on our goal to be at 80 members by year end. This is the link to the February report: <[LVL1 - Membership Trend 202602.pdf]>.

Treasurer Report

For the last three years, there has been a pattern. February financials consistently just SUCK. There are three primary reasons:

  • Reason #1 = ($1,416.00) expense for the annual Pike13 "Essential Advantage Buisness Fee" that gets charged in February each year.
  • Reason #2 = ($959.86) expense for the Feb. LG&E utility bill (was $969.74 for Feb. 2024, and was an astronomical $1,654.19 for Feb. 2025)
  • Reason #3 = ($650.00) a "revenue shift" because 10 of the 60 Pike13 membership payments that fall near the end of the February, shift to show as Republic Bank deposits in March, not February.

Here is the <LVL1-FinancialSummary-202602.pdf< with the following values:

  • February 2026 REVENUE totaled $3,884.27.
  • February 2026 EXPENSE totaled ($5,429.81).
  • February 2026 NET was cash NEGATIVE at ($1,545.54).
