Equipment Overview

The Kinect is a peripheral for the Xbox 360. It uses 2 cameras and an inferred projector to capture video along with depth detection. Open source driver have been made that allow you to connect the kinetic to a computer. Information can be found at http://openkinect.org/wiki/Main_Page
