space habitibility it is warmer than last year but it can still get cold if no one turns on the heaters an HVAC system is in the works to keep the space conditioned we have a quote: $5300 extra $3000 to hang duct, less if we hang outselves. the A/C only is not powerful enough for this space. talk is happening with the landlord about making sure this happens in a good way energy use increase is probably negligable

facilities maintenence things are fixed when they break rfid laser install needs to be made. tyler is on this. piping up above the roof; landlord said they would install, danielle must email them. get a deadline set clander needs to reflect the laser outtake tyler is magically doing the rfid board for the laser it's an extention of the door system it will log, once it is tested. limitations by badge number and time of day can be set. broken buttons is up and running there are 7 of them. there is a wiki page on the buttons.

danielle brought up more security, new locks look great, they (the landlords?) want a walk through of how they'll be installed, and where the rfid will be installed. bill has a plan to let the landlords know how the rfid system will be installed into the old door. the rear door will be changed out so it locks differently also
