    • We want him to review our taxes.
    • Mark is concerned about what we need to keep track of when we're a 501c3.
    • We must track all donations coming in if they would like a recipt, materials, cash

    • Value is determined by donator
      • If they say it's worth $1,000,000 they are committing tax fraud, not us.

    • Be careful - donors can specify how the money can be spent
