If you have problems getting the coffee grinding/brewing to start, make sure the basket lid is placed on top of the grounds container. There's a sensor on the coffee machine which will prevent it from working. Because otherwise grounds would fly everywhere! Placing the inner lid on the basket keeps the sensor happy.

If you have problems getting the coffee grinding/brewing to start, make sure the basket lid is placed on top of the grounds container. There's a sensor on the coffee machine which will prevent it from working. Because otherwise grounds would fly everywhere! Placing the inner lid on the basket keeps the sensor happy.
