Charles L: Members would like to restart thanksgiving. Events Budget

Kevin P: Are we spending from budget?

Tiffany H: Money in budget for events

Charles L: Need to finish categorizing expenses and have budget in order by Thanksgiving.

Lease Negotioations/renewal

Kevin P: Will call Kaela and Barret as mush as necessary to set up meeting

Raj S: Advises not to call too much.

Charles L: Will send email within the week. If he does not hear back will begin calling.

Charles L: Asks for people to be involved.

Raj S: Will be involved

Charles L: Will set up meeting, probably at the point.

Kevin P: Dues only adjustable at annual meeting

Back Door

Bill S: Removing handle has helped. Someone would need to sit on the floor and tog. Back door is sub standard

Kevin P: Ask landlord for new back door?

Charles L: Find out our own price for a back door

Bill S: Will find out how much new back door installed will coast. Will also find out how much new back door on a pallet we install will cost.

Bill S: Will email list.

Danielle B: Front door still has issues closing.

Bill S: Will add additional anchors.
