LVL1 Long Duration Balloon Project
LVL1 is embarking upon a mission to be the first amateurs to release a free-balloon and have it cross the entire Atlantic Ocean. The current plan is to make multiple launches of full-size trans-atlantic capable balloons between Dec 2010 and April 2011.
