• December membership is at 71 souls.
• There is a noticeable up-tick in missed payments in this last month of the year.

• December was cash positive:
  • Total REVENUE was $5,017.62, with other revenue making a significant boost to membership revenue.
  • Total EXPENSE was ($4,525.97); down from last month's high.
  • The NET for December was $491.65.
• In the big picture, the cumulative NET at year end is cash positive at $3,681.99.
