Action Item Review

• Credit Card Fraud, Unresolved. Tiffany will Call
• Reports - Tiffany H. and Daniel J. have reports done from QB.
• Contacting members with lapsed payments - Kevin P. Partial. Reporting broken in Pike13
• Cat Litter Purchase - Danielle B. done, put in metal shop
• Bunker AC Leak - Larry Richardson cleaned out drain hose. Difficult to do. David O.G. and Matt say no water
• Tablesaw order - Charles L. Order was placed, then delayed to get tax exemption. Should ship this week
• Email Reports - Tiffany will send once couch classification fixed.

Matthew asked to address meeting. Wants to get metalshop vent fan fixed. Wanted to know how to get purchase/installation approved.

Daniel J. Raises FAP might not be necessary if it's arcing/fire risk.

Kevin P. Raised that it's tagged out on the outlet and turned off at breaker, but is still a safety issue due to welding w/o ventillation

Charles L. Wanted to do a FAP regardless, esp b/c of AC earlier in the year

• Big Fan Fap - Kevin P. Waiting for pike13 reporting
• Laser Latches - Bill S. found latches, decide how to pay for them.
• pike13 Fields - Kevin P. and Tiffany H. will do tonight
• Fumes/Odors - Charles L. no action needed
• Door Keys - up to date as of 8/20.
• Member Shelves Clean Up - Patrick J. has last shelf. Waiting for neighbor to identify overlap
• Electrical in Bunker - Outlets all GFCI. Need to install permanent outlet for main room AC.

Treasurer's Report

Laser Latches - Tiffany H. Laser is probably over budget

Daniel J. - More work has to be done before budget spending resumes. Specifically categorizing past spending.

Charles L. has not heard from landlord about lease renewal. Will begin pursuing it.

Surplus - up to $500 can be spent in $100 reimbursements. Laser latches can be bought.

Tiffany H. - $500 limit should be adjusted for inflation. Tiffany H. will make bylaw proposal.

Categorizing Expenses

Charles L. - set time to get together to classify expenses under budget categories.

Kevin P. - Should also start tracking new members, unpaid members, suspensions, and shelve clean offs as a group.

Tiffany H. Selected next Tuesday to meet and classify expenses. Kevin F., Charles L, and Tiffany H. to meet.

Multiple People - Budget Committee start and due date.

Danielle B. - Budget must presented to membership by Nov 30th.

Tiffany H. will ask list for budget committee members.

Pet Rule Violation

Member posted to list about negative interaction with an unattended, off leash dog.

Bill S. will check cameras.

Person who likely owns dog has had issues in the past

Kevin P. If same person, has had previous complaint, and recently had a complaint about putting stuff on other's shelves and leaving ladder blocking storage.
