Task to perform upon registration of new member
- Member Registration forms need completed and delivered to the secretary (Possible automation by online form with single signature card
- Obtaining of ID and Credentials (Could be an upload image box on the web based form)
- Adding member to the appropriate email/group list. (Strong suggestion to start transitioning to GoogleAppsDomains to handle a LARGE majority of New Member Registration. A lot of our member services can be set up to automatically allow access to anyone with a "lvl1.org" email address)
- Assigning new member an RFID card
- Member details inserted into Member Database
- Auto-link member appsdomain account with lvl1 wordpress/wiki access
- "Potential" - Allow member to fill out opt-in profile for Mother Stuff (viewing of space status, communication with mother, etc...)
