Equipment and Supplies Wanted

  • Space - Outdoor seating & tables
  • Josh - Go kart or similar framing for Redbull event
  • Herman - 1/2", 3/4" conduit pipes
  • Terry - Hardwood boards: cherry, walnut, maple, oak, etc.
  • Josh - Locked shadow box / glass display case
  • Charles - Looking for above ground portable pool (15 ft diameter and hold water, 1-2 ft tall)
  • Terry - 2" thick styrofoam sheet
  • Herman - Cable Modem
  • Charles - How to make circuit boards with the CNC router

Space Upgrades

  • Cuddle Clones donates full color 3D printer
  • New shop vac for woodshop
  • Ben made the wood lathe more functional
  • Ben also sharpened the kitchen knives

Space Downgrades

  • Reel above table saw needs to be replaced
  • Clamping knob on cut off saw needs to be more permanently fixed
  • Ben broke a wood turning tools on the wood lathe
  • The quickest way to get something fixed is to let us know that it is broken! Send broken equipment reports to broken@lvl1.org
    • This includes supplies like drill bitses and soap!

    • MakerEd Educators MeetUp (1st Wed of the Month 6/3 @ 7pm)

      • Hopefully the next epic LVL1 project
      • Help build a tiny house (on wheels) & figure out grant/donation opportunities

  • Gary put his rotary dial project on hackaday.io and have improved it
  • Gary made a jig for IUS Observatory to attach a guide scope to a full blown telescope with less fuss
  • James finally got 2000 copies of his card game Quickie! Congrats!!!
