The membership of LVL1 resolve to accept the offer put forward, and move its offices and workshops to the new building by the expiration of it’s current lease. The membership authorize the Board of Directors to act in a manner consistent with the legal agreements to which LVL1 is bound in order to affect this move. Furthermore, that the membership of LVL1 agree to run a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign to defray the expenses related to this move.
