NOTE: not discussed at the meeting, Tyler will be at the space this upcoming Saturday the 30th doing space upgrades, all are welcomed and encouraged to attend to help out.

Equipment and Supplies Wanted

  • Jared - 3.5" floppy drives (needs 8+) for making music
  • Danielle - Micro SD cards for a class (for keeps)
  • The Space - PCI video card, minimum specs G-force 600 or Radon 7000 series, for Oculus Rift Workstation

Space Upgrades

  • CAD design station has newer better video card in it, Contact broken@lvl1.org if it doesn't work
  • Sean donated a new mid-grade riveter; would not fit in riveting/stapling drawer, is in metal shop.
  • Design documents for the woodshop dust collection system are being created, see google forums for deets.

Space Downgrades

  • Laser Cutter
    • Not plugged in. Need RFID access control built in and to install vent pipe.
  • Makerbot Replicators
    • On hold til laser is available.
  • The quickest way to get something fixed is to let us know that it is broken! Send broken equipment reports to broken@lvl1.org
    • This includes supplies like drill bitses and soap!

    • Learn-a-Thing Workshops (Tuesday 6pm)
      • Learn how to use a tool at LVL1 before the meeting (informal setting; great for first-timers!)

    • Mendnesday @ 7 PM
      • Learn LVL1's equipment from the inside out by helping repair and maintain tools
