4. Space Upgrades
   1. Heater installation pending.
   2. New server rack for downstairs migration
5. Recycling of Boneyard Computers draws near... (assessment next Tuesday!)
   1. Claim servers / computers now if you want them.
   2. Put them in the server rack downstairs if they are meant to stay
6. Derbycon happening Fall 2011
   1. Need volunteers for LVL1 involvement.
   2. Hardware village? Kits? Soldering?
7. Hackerspace Cupcake Challenge
   1. Nottingham Hackspace contacted us for exchange
   2. 4047 miles to ship a cupcake
8. LVL1 Officer / Director Elections on 1/18
   1. Need to know all candidates running by 1/11 per bylaws
